Be very cautious with this agency. They claim to be based in Dubai, but their payments are processed in India, and their main contact number starts with +91. They operate outside UAE regulations. Initially, they quoted a deposit of 3,000 AED but charged me 3,000 USD instead. They promised a full refund after submitting exit documentation, which I did, but they only refunded USD 1,000 and are withholding the remaining USD 2,000. They acknowledged this in writing but have stopped responding. I have filed a complaint with the authorities and am sharing this review to warn others.
They have website in the name if UAE Visa Online.They advertise visa processing 1-2 days for 7 days visa. This is fraud advertising. On 6th Sep I applied tourist visa for my partner and after 8 days this company didn’t even filed the visa to UAE immigration. Which made me angry and i mentioned when i will visit Dubai i will visit their office from were they are operating this fraud selling and video record everything and put it on social media. In return they threatened me that they will blacklist my partners passport. On 15 Sep, they said they have filed the visa and gave me the PDF application form which doesn’t say anywhere that the application is submitted to immigration. On 16th Sep, less then 24 hours they said the immigration has rejected the visa, now how is this possible that in less then 24 hours immigration gave decision. When i asked for a copy of rejection email, they completely stopped reply to me. And continue to threaten me that they have reported the passport to immigration for blacklist. To me this is a pure example of fraud agent offering Dubai visa Service.Be careful with their website UAE Visa Online

Alhamdulillah received my visa today after 5 days n im about to fly in 10 hours time. This website is legit but if you are in hurry better go trough the airlines website. If u r not in hurry they will assist you. P/s i already submit 2nd application yesterday because im afraid it wont make it on time but the 2nd application failed due to double application. Anyhow lesson learned. And tq again for the visa.
