I am really happy to share my visa experience for this website, first, they know how to serve their customers apparently, while I am booking my visa I occur with many questions so I look for their helpline numbers surprisingly they receive my call and answer all my relevant queries patiently and they guide me in all possible way they could do for me and that's also in digital ways. I applied for a transit visa with the first message " My flight is in less than 36 hours Can I still apply? " I was assured that I will get a visa and I was told to select 7-8 hours service for fast service. 7-8 hours service is very expensive as I only needed 96 hours transit visa. I paid $440 USD only because the person on the other end told me it will be fast service because I didn't have any time.As soon as it was 8 hours I didn't receive any mail from them and I messaged them on Whatsapp saying is everything alright I haven't received my visa yet. Again, they told me to wait some time and I will get the visa. I thought it might take a few more hours than 8 hours to get my visa so I waited a few hours. I messaged them again after a few hours because my flight was about to commence they didn't respond to me, they ignored my message, and a few hours before my flight I was so stressed I messaged them and they told me " Friday half-day, Saturday Sunday are immigration holiday" "its delaying due to weekend"I wanted to know why they didn't aware me of delays during the weekends when I messaged them earlier saying I have a flight in less than 36 hours. They had my ticket details and yet they told me to select 7-8 hours service and made me pay $440 USD. If only they have told me it is half-day on Friday and Visa is delayed during weekends I could have rescheduled my flight.I missed my flight because I wasn't allowed to go inside by immigration without a visa. I lost $2000 for my flight and $440 for the visa which even if it gets issued will no longer be helpful to me.
While applying the following is what I noticed:1. did not have to overlook all the things again and again. Uaevisaonline took care of everything2. application needed only my personal information and my passport details to be uploaded so that means that I did not take much time3. payment was the easiest and needed only 26 US dollars.
