This agency exploits individuals with misleading promises and information. Communication ceases once they receive your payment. This feels like outright theft. I strongly advise others to avoid this agency.
Their terms are unclear, and the representative I dealt with was uninterested in helping. They initially quoted $130, which then became $150 with no explanation. After submitting the required documents, over 24 hours later, I was asked for more documents and told to pay an ADDITIONAL $300 to get my visa on time. This agency is a fraud operating outside the UAE. The address on their website does not exist; I checked personally, and it's just an apartment building. They have no record of this agency. My main concern was the security deposit, which they refused to refund after my visa was rejected. I understand that some payments are non-refundable, but why isn't my security deposit fully refunded? They claim deductions for tourism fees, but I’m not a tourist and didn’t even get a visa. Be cautious; they are major scammers.

For clarity, UAE tourist visas are not legally withheld pending the purchase of travel insurance from an agency. If travel insurance was truly mandatory, this should have been disclosed before payment, not after visa approval. The insurance document issued to me cannot be verified: no valid insurer confirmation, no searchable policy number, and a QR code that leads to a non-functional page. These are verifiable facts. The agency's reply also doesn't explain why a non-verifiable insurance document was issued, why I was asked for more payment after visa approval, and why no refund was offered once I raised the issue. This review is based on my direct experience and documented evidence.
SCAMMERS. DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THEM. If I can prevent even one more person from being scammed, this review is worth it. This agency is one of the most dishonest companies I have ever encountered. They charged an outrageous fee for the visa — far more than the actual cost — and after payment, they refused to release my visa unless I bought their 'mandatory travel insurance.' This 'insurance' is completely fake and cannot be verified. Their supposed 'Dubai office' does not exist; this operation is run from a call center pretending to be a UAE agency. They lie about everything. When I questioned them, they repeated the same scripted line: 'Don't worry, no issue at the airport.' This is typical of scammers once they have your money. Please stay away from this agency.
