The part they sent didn't work out - it happens - but they were super responsive in helping me diagnose the problem with their own tech's and then refunded me in full for the part.

Good resolution by company to the problem.

My purchase was late due to factors out-with the companies control.The part for my car did not fit and so I contacted the company who have settled the problem in a fair manner. The company did not make the part but have to rely on the manufacturers description and expertise in manufacturing. The company handled the issue in a fair and proper manner and so I would use them again.

The part I purchased is advertised for my vehicle. The Part was wrong! I've tried to return/exchange and these are their responses;Thank you for contacting us.Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges at this time. The magnetic ring can also be removed from the original and installed on a new part for use.In addition, we offer you a 5% discount on new orders where you purchase the parts you need.
