Ordered parts on 11/22. Fedex shipping label created on 11/24. On 12/8,still said label created. At which time i reached out with where is it? They said fedex lost it but yet tracking says it never got picked up. I asked to resend it and they said we will just refund your money and you will have to reorder it. And we will give you a 5% discount. Said expect refund in 3-5 business days. Contacted again on 12/13 asking where refund was? They said they escalated it to the refund department. I will see it within two days! It is now 12/18 still no refund. Filed dispute with paypal for my money back. Unfortunately, I read the reviews after I purchased and found out that this has been the case multiple times I’m not sure what they got going on! But it definitely seems like they get your money and don’t Want to give it back nor give you the parts! The communication was good promising you your money back, but that’s all it was was talk!
I ordered a part and within 30 seconds of placing order I realized it was shipping to a wrong address I immediately emailed and called the company to cancel - they don’t respond. After 2 days they said they can’t stop it that it was shipped. I tracked it and it had not been ship only assigned a label . I asked for a refund after I will refuse package - and they still won’t. Real big scam of a company! No one answers emails no one answers the phone !
DO NOT do business with this company! After several days of receiving no information about when my part would ship, I made several attempts to contact the company. I got no response from my email or voice mail. After that, I received a message that label had been created, but the package had not reached a shipping facility. At this time, more than a week had gone by, and we needed the part. We ordered the part from another company, and I sent 2 e-mails asking that the ordered be cancelled. I contacted my back, and they considered this fraud and issued a temporary credit. Several days later, I had not received any correspondence from the company, and my tracking reference still indicated that the product was not at the shipping facility. Almost 3 weeks after ordering, the other part had arrived, the vehicle was fixed and the ucarpart finally arrived. I emailed and asked for a refund. The company responded that I should try to resale the part as they charged a 30% restocking fee. After retelling my experience to the company, they agreed on a refund. I shipped the product back at my expense (and it was expensive). The company produced records to my back indicated that the part had been delivered. My bank withdrew the temporary credit and ucarpart refused to refund my purchase price after receiving the returned part. So I lost the price of the part and the cost of shipping. DO NOT do business with this Hong Kong based business!!
I placed an order with this company with a guarantee that my order would be delivered on or before November 28, 2024. They have a shipping policy of 1 day processing and 2-3 days shipping. They did not follow that and now my it set for Dec. 5, 2024. I message the company about the delay they stated they are backed up on orders and would give back 5% on the $400 order for the delay. But if I returned it they would give back a larger portion but there is a restocking fee. This company isn't worth buying from to much of a hassle and you won't ever get what you paid back. They have complaints with the FTC. Stay clear of this company.
This company is not a good because I paid and have not received my order, and I need my money or you send me my package please. Thanks. I am waiting for my package or my money. Send me my money or my package and then I am going to write better review
