The labs have a 50% chance of saying I did not complete the objective even when I follow the entire process it illustrates step by step. The "ai tutor" is zero help and provides absolutely nothing to the experience. When contacting the customer service team I only get the same number of limited responses and it feels like those are ai generated responses and they only tell me to email them when I call to try and get better service. It feels like there is no options for help. Help from real people would be really nice.
