If I could do less than 1 star

If I could do less than 1 star, I would. The support is terrible and is a huge language barrier. I have not been able to move past the first few modules because of terrible support. They have said they will not refund my money. Stay away from uCertify.

The system is extremely unstable

The system is extremely unstable. The results of labs and completion percentage are often missing. You have to redo it again and again. Otherwise you have to provide evidences to customer service that you've finished before.
