Product quality ; EXCEPTIONNAL !! BUT, i have a little problem and needed assistance to solve this issue. In my mind, when i contact UJAM service, it will probably take a week in the best or maybe a month ( base on other brand experience...) NOPE : it take a fews HOURS !!! Yes just a fews hours... UJAM service is UNPARALLEL !!! For now, in my view ; BEST SERVICE on the marcket. Thank you to UJAM TEAMS and LONG LIVE TO UJAM !!! Hanz Zimmer suite are INSANELY GOOD ... and lots and lots of others stuff ( I TOOK EVERYTHINGS...).
I do love the convenience and quality of the drum modules in particular. It's surprisingly difficult to find a drag and drop solution for good drum sounds with flexible audio controls at-a-glance. When I have had installation issues, the team has responded positively and quickly. A good company worth supporting.

I have been using products from this company for several years now. The sounds are fantastic, covering both band and orchestral styles. The ease of use is remarkable, and it integrates seamlessly with my DAW software. The sound quality is both impressive and realistic. Purchasing online was straightforward, though I did mention that the samples could use some enhancement. They are impressive, but it can be tricky to identify the desired instrument amidst the other layers. I was pleased with how quickly they responded to my feedback. Their utility for downloading and authorizing the apps is very effective. My only issue was my own oversight in not fully reading the instructions, which led to confusion about the app being inside a Beatmaker "frame". The VST loads Beatmaker, and the various sound sets are accessible within that frame. This is clever because it allowed them to reduce the product price while letting me access just the sound set I wanted, without unnecessary extra software! There are numerous helpful web pages that effectively address specific issues. Additionally, the help desk was prompt in their responses. Overall, I truly appreciate the effort put into these products.

If I had one suggestion for future improvements, it would be for Beatmaker. While it's a powerful tool with excellent sounds, its workflow feels slightly less intuitive compared to the expertly designed interfaces of the other plugins. Streamlining it would enhance the entire ecosystem. In summary: amazing products, even better customer support. The upgrade to the complete collection was worth every penny, and I wholeheartedly recommend this service to all music producers.
