Absolute Scam! Misleading Contribution Percentage

If I could rate this lower, I would! It's a total scam! They should clearly disclose the percentage contribution. They offered me a 20% contribution, which they calculated at £75, but my washing machine cost £1300 when new! The math just doesn't add up! My premium was £80 with an excess of £150, totaling £230, but I only received £75 and some change. I should have been informed of this when I called to make a claim—it's just a scam! It would have been cheaper to go with another service, which charges £99 upfront and £7 a month, covering you for a whole year, and if they can't fix it, you owe nothing! I will not be using this service again, nor will I recommend it to anyone!

Incredible savings on multiple appliances!

The quote I received for 5 appliances was lower than my current cost for 3. The entire process was easy and clear, and the representative was very supportive. I chose to switch after waiting 2 weeks for my previous provider to send someone to fix my washing machine.
