Picture and product didn't match.Product quality was so low.Retun was not free or didn't allow to return in the shop.So product quality needs to improve and return should be easy. If customer can return online product in the shop and any brunch would be great.
One of my outfits had a tear in the fabric and I contacted customer services and they did not reply.Hi, thank you for replying to this review, I did not receive an email so maybe it went into spam. I will email again and hopefully we can resolve this time as I have not had an issue before.Just wanted to update this review. The emails were indeed going into spam. I have had contact from Kamran in customer services and would like to thank him for being extremely professional and responsive throughout, and resolving the issue to my satisfaction.
