Appalling company, do not waste your money.They take your money, send fake tracking details, your order never arrives.Ignore your emails.I’d ordered the Omega pet chews. Supposedly free delivery, what a joke.These are manufactured and shipped from China!Although this is not relevant, because they don’t forward anything anyway.🤬Stay clear of these SCAMMERS UPDATE, after numerous contact, my parcel arrived.They advised my emails had gone in spam folder.

Replacement with no hassle

I ordered about $270 worth of marine fish and the shippers must have left them on my porch when I came home they where no where to be found. Petsolutions replaced them with no hassle..... everything came in Alive and heathly I was a happy and repeat customer

BUGS IN MY VITA PARROT FOOD

I purchased the 25lb bag of Vita Parrot Food which my Conure parrot has been eating for 22 Years. I have NEVER had a bag contain bugs but this bag was INFESTED with little black antlike creatures!! I could not believe my eyes. Now that I'm reading reviews of old food, I have to agree the food/fruit & seed was really old & stale!. After pouring the entire bag into my air tight plastic storage container I noticed the bugs crawling on the walls. So disgusting & a complete waste of money. It was cheaper than the $75 I usually pay but I paid the price using this absolutely miserable company!! Don't ever order from them. I think they are out of business & it should STAY that way.

Selling old food!

I ordered 5 packages of Nature's Variety Instinct Raw Boost Mixers (Rabbit). #1 was my fault. I didn't read the list of ingredients. Thought I was buying freeze-dried bits of raw meat to add to their kibble, when in fact a very large portion of ingredients include seeds and vegetables. #2 is why I'm writing this review. When 5 bags arrived, one package looked different. After confirming all products were in fact the same thing, I checked the Best By dates and it turned out the one odd package was newer packaging dated Oct 2019 while the other 4 were older and dated Apr 2018. So they basically are good for a couple of months. No way my cats can eat those 4 bags in 2 months. I will never purchase here again. This was my first time since I normally order from Chewy. PetSolutions offered a better price on these products but I won't make that mistake again. Exercise caution!

DO NOT ORDER FROM PET SOLUTIONS ! !

I placed three orders from pet solutions. All three were for saltwater fish. The first order was for a yellow breasted wrasse, it was dead on arrival. The second order was for a Choate leopard dress, and ornate leopard wrasse and a replacement for the dead yellow breasted wrasse. On the day the order was supposed to ship I received an email that the order was canceled. I called to find out why and was told the Choat Wrasse was still available but the other two weren't. When I asked why they didn't just ship the Choate grass I really didn't get an answer. I was told my $300 would be refunded in a day or two since it was a pending transaction. As of today it has been six days and still no credit. During that conversation I asked if the Choate wrasse was still available and was told it was. like a fool I ordered two so I would be sure to get at least one I thought. I called to verify several times as a matter fact, I called the morning it was to ship. I was told they would ship today. A little while ago they canceled my order again! Once again I called to inquire as to why my order was canceled again and was told the Choate wrasse were out of stock. I really believe since I was standing up for myself the previous order that my Choate wrasse were shipped to someone else over me. When I was speaking to customer service a little while ago the girl told me she didn't understand why they kept doing this to me. I now have $600 tied up with pet solutions and nothing to show for it. I am beyond upset and if I don't have my money in the next day or two I'm filing a complaint . I just checked the website and the choked grass is still showing available! What a bunch of idiots.

The person I was advised to speak to …

The person I was advised to speak to well over a MONTH ago STILL has not spoken to me. This is in regards to a 10 month old puppy that was sick when I got her. It seems everyone shifts the blame because no one wants to be held accountable. Very poor customer service!!!!. I have spent well over $6,000.00 on vet bills and the owner refuses to acknowledge any wrong doing. I have documentation by three vets that she was ill at birth yet sold knowing this....despicable !!!!!

My puppy utilized the over night …

My puppy utilized the over night services offered. We both were very pleased with the level of care provided. Groomers were friendly and knowledgeable.I feel I've found a a home away from home for my puppy, King :)

I ordered fish - ich infested

I ordered 20 neon tetra and 6 angelfish from them. Delivery was 2 days. In the neon tetra bag, 4 fish were already dead and the others were pale. In the angelfish bag, 2 of them were already dead, the water was a "mirky" white and the other 4 angels were covered in ich. I quarantined the remaining 4 angels only to have them die off over the next two days. The remaining neons were also quarantined as they also had ich on them. These guys all died off over the next 3 days. None of the fish ever recovered from the ich even with the treatments I was giving them. Petsolutions eventually did refund my money, but to sell someone such poor quality and unhealthy fish is very very poor business, not to mention bad for the fish. I will not purchase livestock from these folks again.

Stop sending COUPONS THAT DON'T WORK!!

Orders frm you I get through Amazon.com hve receipts w Coupons stapled 2 them frm ur Co. eithr w %Off or $Off but not 1 time when I hve tried 2 order Direct frm ur Co. has any of Coupons u sent me wrkd!!
I contactd ur Co. & was given anothr "Code" 2 entr after my ordr was completed & this CODE DIDN'T WORK!! So I have stopped even trying 2 order direct frm you & whenever poss. check on Amazon & order w them through American Pet simply through frustration & "A littltle bit of upset w you". h Amazon you & not only 2 recurve
