I found the website very good to order from. I ordered the wrong size, they refunded after it was collected FoC the new one had a slight mark from manufacturing exchanged within a few days and great communication. Great packing. Will definitely use again
The ordering process was easy. range of products was on website was excellent. The delivery process by DX was a shambles. Did not deliver the 1st time even though I was home, left a note but did not ring the doorbell or call my phone. The 2nd time I stayed in all day virtually next to front Door in case they didn’t ring again. They not only didn’t ring they never showed up, no explanation, no apology nothing. 3rd attempt finally delivered.

Good prices. The anthracite lockshield had surface damage when I received it (it wasn't very well packaged), but they sent a replacement, very well packed, without delay. Excellent customer service - I'll definitely buy from them again if I need a radiator or accessories.
