Unacceptable Return Process

I was supposed to inform them about returns within 7 days but had 30 days to return items. I missed the 7-day notice, yet was still within the 30-day return window. Even with the products unopened and in their original packaging, they refused to help with the return. I was told that the managing director was involved in this decision! This is a terrible way to treat customers.

Received Damaged Item

I ordered wall lights and a center light. Initially, only the wall lights arrived, but the order status indicated both were delivered. This was resolved quickly, but one wall light was damaged. I sent photos to customer service on 17/12/25 and have since asked for a response, but none has been received.

Disappointing Return Experience

It seems I was required to inform them about returns within 7 days, but had 30 days to return items. I missed the 7-day notice but was still within the 30 days. Despite the products being unopened and in original packaging, they were unhelpful with the return. I was told that even the managing director was consulted! This is an awful way to treat customers.

Legal Issues Noted

Today, a court judgment was applied against this company for not recognizing the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Be aware that if you purchase from them, you have the right to return within 30 days without needing to notify them within 48 hours of delivery. This does not apply in business-to-business transactions.

Delivery Delays

Delivery was promised within 1-2 days. After a week, I discovered my order was just being picked for dispatch! There were no stock issues communicated. I'm still waiting for delivery and will update if the order arrives.

The customer service has been appalling, and the returns policy is dreadful and costly. I won't be purchasing from here again, as the quality isn't great either. I'll stick with alternatives that offer superior products and service.

Stunning Light Fitting and Responsive Service

I was very impressed with the beautiful light fitting. It looks stunning in my bedroom, and I’m glad I chose this company. It appears expensive, even though it was the best price I found online. The customer service was very responsive, and replacements for broken parts were sent without any issues. I highly recommend them and would buy from them again.
