Despite no longer operating my business, I received a letter at my personal address from this agency claiming I owe money for a service from 2020. Is there any legal action I can pursue against them? How did they obtain my personal information?

It's astonishing to work for a company that seems to support unethical practices and harm our local environment! For now, I'm willing to engage in their tactics. They lie during phone conversations and employ underhanded tricks to deceive their targets. It's unfortunate that this agency contributes to the negative reputation of the industry. Once you confront them with the truth, it becomes clear that the personnel are not very competent.
