I was generally happy with the overall condition and there were no major issues, but honestly, the level of detail and the time spent were far beyond my expectations, the inspection took a full 6 hours.Throughout the process, everything was clearly explained step by step. Eason also shared many practical suggestions and everyday tips, so you always know what he’s checking and why, not the kind of service where they finish the job and leave you confused.The efficiency really reminded me of Hong Kong standards. A very detailed report was delivered within 24 hours, which I personally think is extremely important.The pricing is also very reasonable. I would genuinely recommend his service to other Hong Kong buyers.
The snagging service was carried out with exceptional attention to detail. Each issue was precisely identified, with reference numbers shown both in the report and marked within the house, making it easy for site manager and us to locate and track every defect afterwards.Andy also took the time to explain the reasons for recording some issues and clarified what the correct standard should be according to industry regulations. His explanations were clear and easy to understand, which helped us better appreciate the significance of each defect.When Andy first visited, the weather conditions were far from ideal for snagging—it was rainy and windy, which made it unsafe to carry out a roof inspection using a drone. Despite this, Andy returned for a second visit specifically to inspect the roof tiles once conditions improved. His willingness to come back and ensure nothing was overlooked truly impressed us and demonstrated a high level of professionalism and commitment to quality.
