They're scammers, never recieved the product. The girl who answers the phone is completely imcompetent, lied about the refund, was bollocking me like a scammer and making up excuses when I put her on the spot. She clearly had no intention of sending me a refund. Many other people are complaining about the same exact thing happening to them. Avoid this company at all costs or you'll lose money.

Ordered goods and paid pro-forma early April 2025, failed to fulfil order, poor excuse after poor excuse and still no sign of any goods, feel as though we have been totally hoodwinked, promised refunds, and, as expected more empty promises.Do not under any circumstances advance this company money for tools they clearly cannot or have no intention of supplying!!
Really competitive price. Goods arrived within a few days well packaged. Happy to answer query by phone. My only negative was that no tracking data provided, but as delivery was quick and courier did place in safe place as requested. All in all a very positive experience.
