Previous review was for a Marigold Order where I told Brookside that I was short 45 plants (providing detailed photographs) and they offered me a credit for 10!, then for 40. Established exact amount was 47. Honestly, worst customer service ever. They clearly do not read emails or look at supplied images. Entirely disrespectful. Twice I mentioned in the email correspondence that my Begonia order had arrived dry but in typical Brookside customer service traditioned this was ignored I now have had the 2 deliveries I was expecting I have 136 plants out of 168 ordered. A near 20% miss rate with the marigolds at over 20%

Plants arrived in excellent condition and packaging was very good. All notifications of their arrival was 100%. Your plants are excellent in quality and by buying the size I did makes planting them on much easier to handle. Well done to your company for such high quality plants and service to customers.
