Your billing system is horrible! You should let preparers know that the billing system will change for April yet, you send out a huge bill at the end of the season! Also, I’ve been double charged for one efile and the issue has not been corrected!
Because of your excellent staff, I give it just under 5 stars. What I would like to see is that you use the actual forms to make original entrees. I believe that you could open all worksheet from the original form lines. Your price is amazingly low and that is why I still prepare even though it is under 50 returns. At least ten returns are gratis.
Error discovered which is still prevailing unresolved shouldn't be so. Good developers should be able to resolve. Instead the answer given was that your tax software is not compatible with Microsoft apps. Your competitors don't have that kind of unresolved errors. I am not satisfied with the answer given by your assigned helpers. Please look into it.
