There is plenty of room for improvement - the company is not competitive to other software companies who offer better discounts when you are a returning customer. They don't have packages that will allow you to only purchase separate business software to which you only need one verses all (including individual tax forms).Slow response to emails requesting assistance to resolve software issues.
