My ring suddenly stopped working about two months ago, and after multiple checks, Ultrahuman confirmed it was due to an inherent hardware issue. Despite acknowledging the fault, they refused to replace it because it was just outside the warranty period.Their only solution was to offer a refurbished ring, not a new one, which feels unreasonable given that the failure was caused by their own hardware problem. No discount, no goodwill gesture - just a refurbished replacement.For a product marketed as premium, the customer support and accountability were far below expectations.Not recommended.
