I had the worst customer service experience of my life. I faced a data issue that remains unresolved, spending two hours on the helpline, being shuffled between five different agents, without being asked a single question and feeling completely ignored. It was utterly shocking and frustrating. I’ve never been so upset trying to get support before! It makes me consider returning the ring and opting for a competitor instead.
I've been using the UltraHuman Ring for over two years now, and am a complete fan. Customer service was so quick to help and send out a replacement ring. I love the environmental aspect they included to recycle the ring that does not work and keep the charger. I am a little nervous from other reviews that they have had multiple replacement rings. I hope that is not the case for me but if so the team is easy to reach out and help!
