I purchased an electric throw as a Christmas gift 2024, after much use over winter it stopped working in Jan 26.
I contacted Vonhaus customer service and they got a new one sent straight out for me.
Solid unit, assembly is straightforward. I have to lower my rating due to the lack of notice regarding the size change! I already owned one of these units, so I didn't think to verify the dimensions when ordering another, but they are not the same height, which looks a bit awkward next to the other in the room and was disappointing. Other than that, delivery was prompt, and the unit is easy to assemble without any strong chemical odors (there is a slight new smell, but it's manageable).
The experience was dreadful from beginning to end, with no communication at all. I received the wrong parcel despite sending 13 emails asking for a call! It’s incredibly frustrating that no one reached out. I had to take to social media to sort things out, and I didn't even receive an apology—just a £20 credit as a gesture. I will never use this service again.
I purchased a leaf blower, which arrived as expected. I am pleased with the item (originally bought as a gift). I had a question about registering the product and emailed the company, receiving a response from a real person—not an automated reply—within 24 hours.
I ordered an oil-filled radiator from an online platform. Unfortunately, the incorrect item was delivered. However, the customer service team was exceptionally efficient in resolving the issue quickly and to my satisfaction, resulting in a refund. I then reordered the same radiator directly, but faced another delivery issue. The same representative promptly addressed my concerns, and today I received my new radiator, which I am very pleased with. Kudos to the representative who handled everything.
