I purchased wheels (Order #1715) and immediately had issues with the driver’s side rim. The Mercedes center cap does not fit properly, as if the threading or alignment is defective. I even provided video proof, but instead of addressing the actual problem, the company only offered to send me replacement caps—clearly not the solution when the issue is with the rim itself.This has been extremely frustrating. For the price paid, I expected a product that was manufactured correctly and quality-checked. Unfortunately, what I received was a wheel that doesn’t even allow a basic OEM cap to be installed.Overall, poor product quality and disappointing customer support. I cannot recommend this product or company to anyone looking for reliability.
Wheels arrived in three days. Very fast shipping. One of the boxes looked like it had seen about 3 tours in Afghanistan but the wheels were all in perfect shape. I was missing the "AMG" rim badges but had some sent out in immediately and the customer service is great. The wheels have a very good finish to them and are pretty light. I would order again.
