Stealing my money...

Back in December I tried the app. I wasn't happy with it, so I emailed and cancelled my account. I received an email back from their customer service team stating my account had been cancelled and there will be no further payments taken. Today, over 6 months later, there is a bill for £39.90 on my account from them?! I have emailed them to ask for a refund, but seeing as I already had written confirmation 7 months ago there would be no further payments taken, it doesn't fill me with confidence that I am getting my money back.

CAUTION & BEWARE $39.90

CAUTION! I had signed up for the free trial - didn't even use it. Paid $10 for the trial - but then, a charge for $39.90 popped up on my card. I called them and they told me they would send in a request. After seven emails, I am SORRY OUT OF LUCK - they state I should have read the fine print - not willing to make it right. BEWARE!!!!!
