Building management arranged for Unbloc to investigate a drainage blockage affecting my property. The plumber who attended carried out a cable inspection and explained that the blockage did not originate from my property, and was further down the pipe towards the main apartment building, where other neighbouring pipes join at the stack.
However, the written report that was later issued stated that the issue originated from my property. This directly contradicts what was explained during the inspection.
I contacted Unbloc to highlight the discrepancy and requested that the report be reviewed so it accurately reflected the findings from the visit. The company declined to amend the report and has since stopped responding to my follow-up emails.
As this report may be used to determine liability for repairs within the building’s drainage system, it is concerning that the written findings do not appear to reflect what was communicated during the on-site inspection. I hope the company will review this matter and address the discrepancy before further action is taken.

Avoid at all costs. Incredibly unprofessional, customer service is shocking, admin is appalling and they will try to overcharge you at every opportunity. Tried to work with the company over the course of a year but numerous issues with every job. Engineers were clueless and I was honestly embarrassed to have them on site in front of the buildings members. The office team were even worse - try working with a team that couldn’t care less about the service they provide or their customers. Deserves 0 stars.
As part of an ongoing investigation of a problem in my home, it was discovered that the external drains were blocked and needed to be cleared, checked and camera recorded. This company was sent and promptly got to work, they were professional, friendly and took great care when carrying out their operations. Everything moved, was put back in its place, extra care taken in the garden to avoid damage to plantings. They were thorough. I am pleased to recommend this company to my family including friends. An excellent level of service delivery was given, including informing me of their findings. A full report of their findings will be sent to the Managing agents and-Surveyor.
We have a blockage in one of the kitchen pipes in our building then connected to a stackpipe. Unbloc attended at least 5 or 6 times to try to clear the blockage and in the process caused a water leak in the neighbouring flat. They never managed to resolve the issue. We then switched to Dyno Rod and the problem was solved in the first visit!
