I bought ‘The Day I Found My Missing Piece’ Light Frame. The item is good quality, but honestly, it feels a little overpriced once you receive it. My only complaint is that it doesn’t include any kind of stand at the back, which makes it unstable and prone to falling.
Only thing I've found confusing was ordering the shirts and the jumpers. Could you click on the jumper? And then it wouldn't show the jumper, and then you click on the T-shirt. And wouldn't show the t shirt, but other than that, it was, it was good.I just hope that I haven't screwed up my order.
I received my item in good condition, but it was not what I ordered. I expected a T-shirt, but I received a sweatshirt instead. The color was supposed to be grey, but it arrived in brown, and the design was completely different. I contacted the support team with my original order and a photo of what I received, but I am still waiting for a response.
I really appreciate the concept behind the product and generally like the store, though there are aspects that could be enhanced. For instance, having the ability to track the package would be fantastic. It would also be beneficial to preview how the order will appear.
