I received my order recently, and while the jackets are quite nice, the hats arrived damaged due to the shipping method. They should have been sent in a box instead of a plastic bag. The jackets look great, but the damaged hats don't complement their appearance. What can be done to resolve this issue? Thank you, and blessings.
Took a little while, but Thomas the CEO of the company said he would take care of my issues with too small jerseys. Out of the blue I received replacement jerseys for the originals. My only complaint would be that the communication needs to be better. Thank you Thomas, love the jerseys!
Purchased a jersey for my Pastor. When I received it, I was really impressed with the quality of the jersey and the work that went into it. I was so excited to present him with it.
