AVOID THIS SERVICE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR FINANCES. I reserved an apartment in a city and followed their guidelines, paying the service fee and first rent to the company, while transferring the security deposit directly to the landlord as directed. It turned out the landlord was a fraud. They took the deposit of 2000€ and are now refusing to return it, completely ignoring my attempts to contact them. This is theft. The support team is ineffective. Despite their assurances of "Tenant Protection," they distanced themselves from the issue because the deposit was paid directly—even though THEIR platform facilitated the connection to this scammer. I am now at a significant financial loss.
