I was in need of quality American and U.S. Marine Corps flags (4x6). United States flag company provided great service to meet my needs. A rapid encouraging replay to my inquire proves their determination to satisfy concerns from their customers.Quality is exceptional. I also purchased grave site medallions and flags. Detail of Revolutionary, Civil War and WWI medallions is amazing.I highly recommend this fine company. Customer service is extremely impressive.
I found the flags to be marginal in quality, and the customer service even worse. A simple swap of one flag for the correct one took almost 2 months. Depite repeated requests to “unsubscribe”, my requests are ignored. There seem to be at least 5 duplicate emails, every other day, and it hasn’t stopped since my first purchase, which was in September. It’s now mid -December and l don’t need or want any more flags. I also bought a flag pole light, dopey me, which to say is inadequate would be an understatement. Pushed up almost 1/2 way up the pole and the flags are STILL in the dark. Again…, no help from customer service. I regret EVER going to their site or buying anything from them!!
The quality of the flag pole is great but my flag still wraps around the pole, and that is very disappointing, as that's the reason I purchased this flagpole😬The flag is suppose to "twirl" so it does not wrap around pole. This does not occur and zI frequently have to unwrap the twisted flag😬
terrible outfit. Delayed shipping to the point I cancelled. Later they said I couldn't cancel because it had shipped. But 2 days later I received email stating I could get tracking number once it shipped. But real problem is they flood my email with dozens of ads per day. Warn people.
