United First Class Moving and Storage are Fraudsters. They told me my $500 deposit is refundable if I cancel. I cancelled and not a refund for no service. I tried to rebook for next month and they added $1200 to my original quote! They are crooks go to BBB and see they have kept thousands of dollars and don't give people a service keep their deposits for nothing. I am disgusted that this 2 year old company owned by Jillian Collins is taking peoples hard earned money. Somebody need to do something. They won't last robbing people.

We requested an interstate moving quote and were contacted by a representative of United First Class Moving and Storage. After answering preliminary questions, we were transferred to another representative who demanded a full address before providing a quote. When we asked why a ZIP code was insufficient for an initial estimate, the representative became hostile and accusatory, insisting we had stated this was a “for sure move,” despite clarifying we were comparing options. The representative then provided an inflated quote, which we declined. She responded by mocking our voices and hanging up.When we called back to request the representative’s name, the same individual answered, stated “Oh, it’s you again,” and disconnected. On a subsequent call, a male representative answered and shouted profanities (“F*** you”) before hanging up.The company refused to identify its employees, engaged in harassment and profanity, and appears to operate without a transparent business presence. This conduct raises concerns of deceptive solicitation and abusive sales practices.
Last July 27th 2025 they picked up the furniture and stuff. They told me will be there in Texas from California about 2 weeks to 30days. So We waiting for our furniture and stuff for 62 days! They are not showing up. My husband called them few times. Then We call the lawyer. Bad business!
Buyer Beware – Dishonest and Unprofessional CompanyI had a terrible experience with United First Class Moving and Storage and strongly advise others to proceed with extreme caution. This company operates more like a scam than a legitimate service provider. My initial contact was with Grant, who made the offer sound like a great deal. He assured me that 932 cubic feet would be more than enough space for my 5-bedroom home, which turned out to be completely false. I trusted his professional-sounding advice, only to find out later that 932 cubic feet barely covers a small bedroom. I had already moved most of my belongings myself in a 1700 cubic foot U-Haul, which cost $2,500—significantly cheaper and more spacious than what this company offered. After I paid, I was told that because my reservation had an “open date,” it was non-refundable—a crucial detail that was not disclosed by Grant during our conversation. Only later did a supervisor clarify this. It felt intentionally deceptive. I also spoke with Brooke, who repeatedly confirmed that the space would be sufficient, despite my concerns. Unfortunately, she also seemed uninformed and unhelpful. After everything was supposedly arranged, I was told last minute that I needed to pay for an additional 400 cubic feet—costing $2,000 more—because “prices had gone up.” This was after I had already paid thousands and had most of my items moved independently. My total with them came to $4,000, and they attempted to increase it again to $6,000. When I refused, they told me that anything that didn’t fit would be left behind. The movers who finally arrived were not part of United First Class Moving and Storage at all, but a third-party moving company they contracted. My belongings were loaded haphazardly and unprofessionally, and the communication between the broker (First Class) and the movers was clearly lacking. Items I had explicitly excluded were somehow still included, leading to further cost disputes. When my items finally arrived—faster than expected, in about 10 days instead of 3 weeks—several boxes and totes were damaged, and it appeared that my items had been transferred to a different truck at some point. In summary, this company:Misrepresented cubic footage needed for the moveFailed to disclose non-refundable termsRaised the price after I committedProvided unprofessional third-party moversDamaged some of my belongingsAnd was dishonest throughout the entire processI rarely leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share this in hopes of helping others avoid the nightmare I experienced. Please do your own research and don’t rely solely on what their representatives tell you. There are reputable moving companies out there—this is not one of them.
We called for a quote, being that they were our first call we thanked them for their time and told them we would be in touch if we decided to move forward. Grant's tone immediately changed and he was verbally nasty and hung up on me. Do not use this company.***The response from the company is a complete and total lie. I don't know how these people sleep at night. Don't take just my word for it though, Grant is mentioned BY NAME in other negative reviews.
