I made a mistakeon my order. As soon as I noticed it I made contact. They told me to reorder and they would cancel my first order. I did as told and they immediatelydid as they said. I received the order and it was perfect. Great company to do business with.
Ordered two customized posters ("Soccer Life Lessons") for my young two boys. They came exactly as ordered and as portrayed online. Customization included jersey color, number and name; hair style/color, skin color, etc. From behind, they both carry a good resemblance to my two boys. For those complaining about framing, nowhere does Unitrophy say that the product comes framed. It comes nicely rolled up in a cardboard protected package. The printing seems good quality also. Now I will take it to my local framing shop for simple framing and hanging. Very satisfied as these will be Christmas gifts come December.
The products were wonderfully made. I was disappointed in the amount of time it took to receive. Communication was not the greatest. I reached out two weeks after my order and they returned an email back immediately and at that time told me it was shipped the day before. Why does it seem it took me reaching out to the company for them to ship the order?
