I thought that I sent my package to the wrong house and emailed them in a panic and they responded intime to offer me a refund. However, I recieved my package just like I ordered and they were so responsive to my emails. Plus they have cool stuff !
Genuinely just an incredible brand. I've purchased from this brand numerous times and each time has been pleasant. The products are exactly as advertised, and you seriously can't beat the experience of the packaging that comes with it. An amazing company owned by a great artist who genuinely cares! Customer service is great! I can't wait to see what else they put out in the future. :)
I have ordered a few things fron Unjust as of now, and every time I am beyond excited to receive and open my package. The quality of their bracelets is great; I've only worn mine out a handful of times (I like to save them for certain outfits/occasions), and they make a statement every time! Additionally, their wallets are durable and have been on the receiving end of many compliments. I have been using the Unjust x Euphoric PS2 Memory Card wallet for about a year now, and it is still in great condition. Recently, I ordered the DS Lite wallet, and there was a mix up with my order. Dawson's customer service was polite and quick :) I love being able to support such a wonderful creator who clearly puts a lot of effort and love into their items.
Had an issue with the atomizer and reached out, received a replacement bottle within a week of reaching out, communication was slow but thoughtful I appreciated the responses and the scent of the cologne is phenomenal reminds me so much of my childhood just wish it was a 3.4 oz bottle 😅
I got the luma bracelet and the frutiger aero fragrence and let me just say the experience was UNREAL! The packaging was just as good as the products and I get so many compliments on the fragrence and the jewelry! So unexpectedly amazing. I will buy a lot more from now on especially with Christmas coming up! This will make for some amazing gifts!
i purchased the mario galaxy luma bracelet for my homie as he just lost his father and with the fact that mario galaxy is his favorite game ever, i couldnt think of any better gift to get him. i contacted unjust to see if they were able to throw a note or something in to maybe brighten his mood. not only did they respond with sympathy but they also sent my friend a few extra items like a wallet (that was out of stock which i thought was cool) a pack of stickers and some pins. this experience alone has secured atleast one new customer as this has made me want to support them significantly more. couldn’t have had a better experience
