This was a custom order and Uprinting was very thorough to double check all the details, text, sizing and color palette for accuracy. The finished product came out perfect and we've heard great feedback from our referring doctors.
I ordered a print project with a specific paper weight and received much lighter, unusable paper instead – a misleading substitution that was never disclosed. Every time I provided exactly what UPrinting asked for, micrometer measurement, photos, video, documentation, they changed the story and demanded something new, making the delays feel deliberate rather than corrective. Despite clear proof of misleading practices, they refused a reprint or a refund.
To be very clear:
– The error was proven with documentation.
– The product was unusable.
– A refund was the only reasonable resolution.
– UPrinting refused to resolve the issue.
Do not trust UPrinting with your printing needs. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere else.
The checks conducted prior to printing to verify correct configurations were impressive. The quality is outstanding, with perfect color matching. The price, which included a simple assembly stand, was fantastic. Additionally, the turnaround time was quick...extremely satisfied! I would certainly purchase from this service again.
I placed an order a month ago and approved the proof on the same day. I paid extra for expedited shipping, but my order was supposed to arrive last week, and I can't get a clear answer on when it will ship. I've spoken to several representatives, but there has been no progress. I cannot recommend this service.
