Review Time
Update: my refund has finally been made, but it took too long as my return hadn't been scanned upon arrival at their warehouse. I returned multiple items, and while I was initially informed the refund would be processed by April 18, as of now, I still have not received it. My emails are going unanswered, and it's now April 23. The customer service has been lacking, and I'm being told to wait another 14 days.
Received my outfit and it was too small so returned it. Haven't received a refund yet. Will not order from them again. It's now been 18 days and they are ignoring all my emails and chat messages. Never had such a bad online shopping experience. Do not buy from this company. It's so much hassle! X
Made a return which they received on 17th March - still no refund- may I add £84 worth of my money. Completely ignored after several chats no reply. Who do I contact as no contact number, I need to take this further. Im fuming to say the least!!
Would give 0 stars if this was an option, I ordered a coat through matalan and it was absolutely massive returned on the 6th January, still no refund after having confirmation that it was received on the 8th - on the website it says up to 14 working days this would of been 28th January it’s now the 3rd February and still no refund received or confirmation it’s on its way!! Will never order from this awful company again!!!
