Extremely disappointed with the service

I made a purchase and have been waiting for a delivery, but the representative claims the address is incorrect. I’ve used this address with other companies without issue. I even tried changing the address to a friend's place, but they still insisted it was wrong. When I requested a refund, I received no response. This is a dishonest company, and I advise others to steer clear.

Good, but could be better

It's a nice case - it serves its purpose, looks appealing, and the name came out perfectly. However, given the price, I expected a screen protector or an extra feature. MagSafe works well without issues. It's good, but maybe slightly overpriced.
