I wasn’t impressed with the packaging did not come in a proper box as did the one before I ordered for my mum so I have nothing to transport my dads urn in very disappointed the top of the urn was also damaged in transit again this is due to the fact no protective box with the urn.
The last time I ordered this urn was on Amazon but unfortunately Amazon does not sell your product anymore The only thing I was disappointed in there was no rubber feet at the bottom on the urn where there was when I ordered on Amazon
Bought 2 urns from Urns UK not long before Christmas. While they weren’t needed for a couple of weeks I thought I’d make sure I had enough time. They arrived the NEXT day via DPD, extremely well packed and protected. Lovely urns and they had a great selection, would definitely recommend, and in the nicest way possible, hope I don’t have to use Urns UK again any time soon.
