I was really very pleased with my Urn it arrived very quickly and was packed so wellThe most disappointing thing was that DPDdelivered to the wrong address. They were not very helpful when I rang them. I suppose they run a cheap service because they don’t deliver to the right address lots of people have complained about their service.
