Wasn’t an easy thing to have to buy and it was something I wish I hadn’t had to buy . It took me a few months to find the right one which was the Tiverton in black which arrived 2 days after I’d ordered it and was excellently packaged . I was extremely pleased with the quality and finish and having looked at many others it was very good value . I would recommend Urns Uk Thank you
Urn was ordered and the top statue part delivered very quickly. I wondered if I had needed to order the bottom separately so contacted the company but it had been an oversight. They responded quickly and kindly and the bottom container was dispatched immediately. Excellent customer service for a genuine human error. The urn is beautiful. It is a companion iron for my parents and I am not sure I will fit two in there having used it for one adult but hopefully I will be a long time waiting to find out.
