I have bought several items from Boden in the past year and have loved every one of them! Boden makes the whole experience easy. I'm impressed with how quickly the items are shipped to me and also how quickly a refund is issued on returned items--which aren't many!
I bought four pair of shoes and they came quickly! They are all gorgeous, but two of them did not fit my feet as well as I would have liked. But the two that I kept are fabulous and I’ve received many compliments about them already. The two I returned couldn’t have been easier. I just went to happy returns with the boxes and everything was easy.
beautifully made leopard trench coat. It didn't suit me but it was a lovely coat and I returned it.I wish I had looked better in it. The return was easy and I received a full refund. Boden is one of my favorite go to brands for clothing and each item is very high quality and thoughtfully designed. The sizing is usually very good.
