I would not recommend this product to anyone. I wish I could give NO stars. The customer service is horrible. They will never let you free return it - no matter what problem it is. They only allow you to return to them with 10% restocking, PLUS no tax amount is return, meaning you will lose 20% of the value if you ordered and it doesn't work for you. So be mindful and careful when you make the decision. Customer service line won't work, no one will pick up your call and take your complaints. I don't like the product because it is toooo bright. It hurt your eyes even with the mask they provided. It is NOT worth to risk your eyes for a little bit improvement(not sure if there will be eventually) on your skins. And it is not worth even to try it with 20% of charges of the product. Just asking around before your purchase OR return more reviews. I wish I did that before I made the purchase. If I know the customer service is not good, I won't even bother to try it. I saw lots of similar complaints already online.
I ordered the Hair Growth Helmet and it came quickly and packaged well. It is packaged in a lovely box that can be kept to keep the helmet stored. It seems to be high quality and fits well per the sizing listed. I have only been using it for a couple of weeks but it is easy to use. Can't wait to see how it helps!
The product arrived within 24 hours of order & the promised time was about 3 business days. That was amazing! I like the box that it comes in and it’s a decent storage solution. I do wish it was a plastic or nylon (something more durable than coated cardboard but I’m thankful they gave it some thought considering the investment. I also wish the headphones were considered in the sizing circumference suggestions. The headphones take about an inch to an inch & 1/4 off each side & 2-2.5 inches of the circumference in my opinion. My helmet is the proper size but the headphones are a bit tight and nothing about the circumference is adjustable so they stick out a bit. The headphones do slide up and down. I didn’t return it when I first tried it on for fear that the larger size & headphones might be too wide in the ear portion and it might not sit in a stable position on my head. There are suction cups inside the helmet towards the front & back of the helmet that sit on your forehead when you wear it to keep the light from sitting directly on you. I wish the design offered a softer solution to help give the device some space from the head/scalp especially near the forehead because you can feel the weight in that area. I’m about starting week 3 of my 16 week journey, so no growth feedback yet, but I’m looking forward to it!
I purchased the blue light series 2 mask. In the month I have had it, I have already begun to notice my skin recovering quickly from blemishes and current PIE fading and no additional PIE forming. I love the chin strap in the series 2. It works wonders on that area where I would previously break out. Shipping was also very fast.
