Excellent after sales service! Trustable company that stands behind their products and warranty. Some led lights not working properly on mask, contacted customer service, sent requested info. They authorized return and gave full refund. Will definitely buy their products again.
Device stopped working after 4 month. I only used it 2 times a week. So sad. Tried to enter my information online to get it helped but it says my order number “cannot be found”. I’m very disappointed. This is not a cheap device and 4 month is too short. Will not recommend to any friends.
