I am a very small company and have used no other company for my small amount of advertising. We purchased scratch pads for years at a very reasonable price. Now the only ones available are at least 3 times the price. They are very nice, but very expensive to pass out. Your Christmas Calendars are the best, all my customers love getting them as not many companies give them out anymore.
In the future you should state all extra charges when sending out mailings promoting a exclusive offer to order. I received an exclusive offer end of July 2025 you were well aware of tariffs yet did not mention you would add tariffs cost also set up fee and never give any idea of approximate shipping cost an order of $358 should not end up with a balance due of $522.71 totally ridiculous
I have been a customer for YEARS! I tried to re-order pens but had a discrepancy with the prices from different people and you tried to charge me more than the quote twice. I had to deal with customer service and that was unhelpful. They said they couldn't do anything and sent me back to the sales dept. I tried to email and call him and he never called back. I emailed and called my regular account rep and she seemed like she would fix things but never did and apparently they cancelled my urgent order and I've not heard from anyone since!
