Review Time
For a month I had to jump thru hoops only to be “under review”. Finally this morning o got an email saying I’m “activated”. FINALLY!!_____ 3 hours later I’m “ deactivated” for no specific reason & they’re keeping MY MONEY TILL FURTHER NOTICE!!!!
Square has been the easiest to use for my business! Between card payments to payroll, it’s been so easy to use and when I do have a problem, customer service has been right there for me. I’m glad I started off right with Square!
I'm a illegal business owner with EIN number I pay my taxes and this company opened an account for me I tried to experiment and use it to make sure it worked I use a family members card and they closed my account and refuse to give the money back. And then it's virtually impossible to contact a real person the app gives you a runaround never answers your questions and just refuses to give you to a live person. Now I will get a response like we are sorry "but" and then give a vague response thats very general. All the while really not giving g a s$!t about the issue. A transaction with my family name on it that said "test" is suspicious enough to keep my money. Im confused
I applaud Square for still employing real human beings who can problem solve and interact in un programmed ways. If companies treat and value human employees with respect and realize that when valued, humans will be loyal to their companies and work to keep the customers coming back. The woman employee was able to assess the problem and help me navigate the website successfully.
very disappointed. long time customer with many computers. without any notice they sent me an email saying that my service was downgraded bc they thought it should be. no further explanation and no reduction in fees. i am definitely shopping for when this contract is up. or maybe i will just break it now. strongly advise you to stay away, they used to be the best.
Ryan, the tech who worked with me was great. He immediately understood my needs and he took over and completed everything that needed to be done. He was patient and explain everything he was doing. If I ever need help again I wish I could ask for Ryan specifically.
