I'll start with this

I'll start with this, I was less than one gigabyte from leaving ESET forever. I had been shopping new companies for a while and planning on leaving ESET at the end of my subscription. I am sick to death of AI where humans should be taking care of business. I was extremely tired of links to misinterpreted problems that repeated on an all to frequent basis. So when ESET picked up the phone and helped me get Password Manager on my computer for my wife's personal use i appreciated the effort by the technician and decided to give ESET one more chance. Without the 1-800 number and the efforts of the techie I would not be a customer. If ESET goes in the direction of laying off hundreds of employees for the sake of AI, I'm AI gone. I have been through a lot with ESET, I paid for two years of renewal and I don't call all that often but when I do I'll be dipped in sh_t before I am going to try and chat bot my way through a problem it does not understand. Customer Service People, real Customer Service. ESET has been pretty good for the most part but sometimes I wonder WTF is going on.
