For some reason, my old address autopopulated even though I made a purchase recently. I ended up paying with PayPal. Usually there’s a screen that allows you to confirm the details of your order. When I clicked purchase on PayPal, my order processed and is to my old address.Within 5 minutes, I reach out to customer service about the address. 2 days later I get a response saying my order has been dispatched. I get automated email from superdry to confirm my order and it states to make changes to the address if needed. I reach out again and the customer service states it’s too late since it’s already dispatched. Later that day, I then get an email saying my order has been dispatched. Unorganized.
I love your product. Wondering if I can get an XXXL Essential Borg Lined Zip Hoodie in color Green and Red. It seems that you guys don’t make it this size. If you make it for me it would wonderful. It they had the colors I liked I would give it a 5 star.
The quality of the clothes is great, but the sizing is all over the place. I ordered one small and one medium of the exact same item and the size of both was almost identical. I also ordered two different XS shirts and the sizes of those was completely different: one was about 6 inches longer than the other
