I love Superdry with all my heart but buying online, so far for me, is hit or miss. Two out of two times I didn't get what I thought I'm getting because description of the items online is not enough. So once I got t-shirt too tight because it's different shape of what I usually get (you couldn't tell in the picture) and now I get sweatshirt that is my size (M) but almost showes my belly button. Let me just tell you, I am not 16yo school girl. So they definitelly need to work on description of the items they sell online. Until then, I'll stick to the store shopping.
I paid for the product that I never received. You are not willing to assist me with the issue. The product cost was $57. I have been shopping with you for a decade. However, my recent experience will force me not to purchase any future items.
