They have a portal where I had to collect a lot of different documents and informations, but I could do it on my own time and it was a relatively straightforward process. Been notified today (August 2025) that my 2023 taxes weren't filed. Don't make my mistake and go with another tax service. They're great at sending you invoices for next years taxes, not great at answering basic questions and taking ownership of your taxes.
