The item purchased (my normal size XXXL) was too small. When I tried to go online for assistance, the auto chat text was absolutely horrible. I love your products, but there really needs to be a Customer Service number to call and talk with someone. Extremely disappointed and yes, I would like to still return the item. Hope to hear back from someone to assist.Thank you.
The coat runs small; especially in the sleeves. It seems to be made well, it is nice-looking, and it definitely will keep you warm on a very cold day. I wanted a floor length coat and this one fits that requirement, but it takes some time to figure out all of the tabs, zippers, etc.on such a long coat.
I ordered three items, one of which I had to get in a different color than what I originally wanted because of size availability. Turns out, the item was too large, so the original color I wanted was now available. I submitted the new size and color, got the right size but wrong color. I still like all the items I got, I just wish the exchange process got my new order correct.
I used the app on the site, to estimate my size. They told me size 10and I went with these recommendations . When the pants arrive they were severely too large… Now I have go through hassle of returning this item. Also, I requested exchange to size 8 but I didn’t get confirmation fir the exchange, just for return… Now I don’t know if I’m gonna get the size 8 pants or not… Frustrating!
I am very peculiar about sweatpants. I want them to be extremely thick, comfortable, and high quality. No matter the brand, I could never get all three (with thickness usually being the hardest requirement to fulfill).Superdry's sweatpants are just amazing. They're insanely comfortable and are so thick that can really hold their own in snowy weather. Even their drawstrings are thick and feel carefully crafted, which is the cherry on top.
