The website is terrible and constantly glitches and the customer service is not helpful. The products have all changed in size and the size charts are unreliable. There are no returns on discounted product so it’s probably not worth playing the guessing game. I really enjoy superdry products but I’ve unfortunately been let down to many times by there website messing up my orders. I’ll buy superdry from Amazon from now on….
I really like this brand. I'm surprised it's not more popular in the US but perhaps that's a good thing. I like wearing things that I don't see everywhere else. I'd just say that things run small. I normally wear a lark but it's XXL with this brand. I sometimes forget and order XL, but it's still a little too tight.
I had a great experience with Superdry. I did have to reach out via Chat to speak with someone about an issue with an order exchange, and they handled it efficiently and perfectly. They took great notes, so the next time I had to reach back out via Chat, the representative already knew exactly why I was reaching out and they handled my request right away with no additional questions. It was a great customer experience and I would definitely do business with Superdry again.
