Purchase an item on your US Website. Nowhere on the site says the item was “Final Sale”. Received item but it was slightly big, purchase numerous items in the past same size and it fit perfectly. Could not return item through return form. Reach out Customer Service and given same explanation from them Final Sale and basically no understanding or sympathy from Rep. I even sent them screenshots of item from web page showing nowhere was it disclosed it was afinal sale item. Superdry lost a customer, no longer doing business or recommending them.
Fill from jacket purchased clumped up after first wash...it's certainly not the same as when we purchased it. Very poor quality. And we can't return it because it says it's non returnable. Very disappointing after spending $100 on a jacket.
